Enjoy Beautiful Sunshine in Miami Beach

Miami is one of the sightseeing places in the United States. Traveling for the first time here would be very exciting and relaxing. You get to enjoy a lot of sunshine and what more can you ask for when there is so much fun to do here.
In the waterside, you can either swim, snorkel, dive, float, fly or soar above the water suspended by a parachute. You can also plunge below the surface and explore a variety of artificial and natural reefs.
While Miami and Miami Beach are recognized for their nightlife and international cuisine, there is partying and feasting of a different sort taking place on and below the surface of its tropical waters. A dramatic yet peaceful underwater world patiently awaits its visitors: a world thriving with colorful marine life that frequently contrasts with the stillness of artificial reefs in and around which they so often congregate.
In 1981, Miami-Dade County initiated an artificial reef program. Materials of opportunity from tugboats and freighters to oil platform and army tanks have transformed barren ocean bottom into a thriving underwater theme park.
Miami Beach established the South Beach Underwater Park in 1998, 200 yards east of the beach, between 1st and 5th streets. The purpose of the project is to expand the fish habitat while providing near-shore snorkeling and diving opportunities. One such opportunity is a 22-ton concrete margarita bar that rests in 20-feet of water, 100 yards east of Nikki Beach.
In addition, scuba divers have a variety of sites in deeper water; from the Tortuga, an intact freighter sitting upright in 110- feet of water to a pair of army tanks sitting in less than 50-feet of water, east of the Fontainebleau Hotel. Underwater Miami lives up to its reputation as the “Wreckreational Capital of the World.”
The surface also provides water recreation: Parasail from several locations along the beach or try a ride on an inflatable “banana” towered by a jet ski.
It would be quite expensive if you stay in one of those hotels near the beach area, but if you have so much to spend then these hotels are the most convenient ones.
