Attractions in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor

Baltimore, Maryland is a great place to discover. This is one of the many sightseeing places in the United States that is most visited. It’s a city alive with adventure and excitement around every corner. Renowned for the vibrant waterfront and laid-back attitude, Baltimore beckons everyone to explore all that the city offers from the world-class attractions to the dynamic neighborhoods.

The Inner Harbor is the city’s crown jewel with its vibrant and beautiful waterfront. It is home to dozens of shops, eateries and attractions, all within walking distance of more than 20 major hotels and the expansive Baltimore Convention Center.

In just a few city blocks, you can explore wildlife from the deep and Down Under at the National Aquarium. Or you may want to become better acquainted with the inner workings of the human body with the Body Worlds 2 and The Brain – The Three Pound Gem exhibit at the Maryland Science Center or submerge yourself in the courageous journey of African Americans at the Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History and Culture. You can also wander through the pop culture icons of the past at the new Geppi’s Entertainment Museum.

After you’ve warmed up yourself, you should try to hop on the Baltimore Water Taxi to catch a beautiful view of downtown Baltimore from the water and a ride to other downtown neighborhoods.
